Julio Veloso has more than a decade of strength and conditioning experience under his belt. In his career, he has promoted and advanced the functional way of training athletes and clients. He has worked with numerous athletes and teams in the high school, college, and professional levels. Aside from improving performance, he considers that no one who was training directly under him has torn his or her ACL, as one of his achievements.
Julio has degrees from the University of the Philippines (BS Sports Science) and the University of Sydney (Masters in Sports Performance). Various institutions such as the American Council of Exercise, National Strength and Conditioning Association and Exercise is Medicine, have certified him. He also completed mentorship programs under Athletes’ Performance (now EXOS) and Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, who are considered the best athletic training facilities in the world.
Rheysonn Cornilla is a physical therapist who specializes in manual therapy and biomechanics. He has worked extensively with athletes and performance artists to help in their recovery and improve their performance. He combines an integrated manual therapy approach with advances in neuroscience and athletic performance training principles to make individualized treatment strategies for different individuals.
Having received trainings and certifications both here and abroad, Rhey has conducted seminars and workshops for physical therapy professionals and has been a speaker for conventions and post-graduate training events.
Dan Reyes, is a physiotherapist who started his career as a strength & conditioning coach. Through his experience he strongly believes that movement based rehabilitation combined with minimal manual therapy techniques and a proper exercise program would be the best way to treat patients. Dan has worked with numerous athletes and patients with special cases and aided in their performance and recovery.
Cyrine Gonzaga, a young but well versed sports physiotherapist who has gained experience through different facilities and athletic teams. Some of the notable ones are from the UFL like Stallion FC and Manila Jeepney. Collegiate and Pro Level Women’s Volleyball clubs like Mane n’ Tail, Standard Insurance Navy, and Adamson Women’s Volleyball Team. She is currently serving as the primary sports care consultant of International School Manila. Her specialization is ACL prehab and rehab and utilizes a good mix of movement based therapy and performance training to make sure that her clients comeback better than ever
Luis De Mesa, is a young strength and conditioning coach. Don’t let his youth fool you though as he has worked extensively with junior to elite athletic teams. Some of these would be Philippine Airforce Volleyball Team, De La Salle Zobel swimming team and some high profile athletes from various sports. He is currently working as National University’s resident Strength & Conditioning coach handling most of its powerhouse teams.
Paolo Escano, is a hyper active individual who likes to spend his free time either doing some sort of physical activity or resting for the next physical activity he plans to partake. These activities include weight training, dancing, tricking, football, martial arts, etc. As a sports science graduate from the University of Sto. Tomas he aspires to be a full time strength coach and help different people achieve their goals, unlocking new abilities and helping them realize their full capabilities.
